1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "User," "Player," or "you") and 77ph99 (hereinafter "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator registered and operating within the Republic of the Philippines. 2 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other geographic masking technologies to circumvent location detection systems is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under local law violates this Agreement.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

Account registration requires submission of accurate personal information including full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, complete residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile phone number. Users must provide truthful information during registration; submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes material breach of this Agreement. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation including but not limited to Philippine passport, driver's license, postal ID, or other government-issued identification to verify the accuracy of information provided during registration or at any subsequent time.

3 Account Usage and Security

3.1 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will establish login credentials including username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials and for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify 77ph99 customer support of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through our account security settings to provide enhanced protection against unauthorized access.

3.2 Account Ownership and Transfer Prohibition

Each user may maintain only one (1) active 77ph99 account. Creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name or using different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to any third party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

77ph99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity patterns, fraud investigation, regulatory compliance requirements, or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our platform or the interests of other users. In cases of account termination for cause, we reserve the right to forfeit account balances, cancel pending withdrawals, and void outstanding bets or game sessions. Users may voluntarily close their accounts by contacting customer support; voluntary closure does not affect your obligations under this Agreement for activities conducted prior to closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

77ph99 accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), cryptocurrency (USDT), and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within 2-5 minutes for electronic payment methods and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in your payment account and for any fees charged by third-party payment processors. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name; third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits, conduct enhanced due diligence on high-value accounts, and report suspicious transactions to appropriate regulatory authorities. Accounts used for money laundering purposes will be immediately frozen and reported to law enforcement.

5 Gaming Conduct and Fair Play

5.1 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the 77ph99 platform:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
